Please kindly note that shipping times do not account for the processing time at our warehouse. Processing may take 2-5 business days during our busy sale periods.

When will my order be dispatched?

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. 
Our order processing time, prior to shipping, is typically 24 business hours, excluding weekends and busy sale periods (Processing may take 2-5 business days during our busy sale periods)
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll promptly provide you with a confirmation email containing the tracking details for your convenience.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take a few hours for the number to become active on the shipping carriers system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

I've put the wrong address, can I update it?

Don’t worry this can happen.

We have a small window before your order is shipped out where we can attempt to update the delivery address for your order. Orders that are dispatched from our Partner Providers require an extra step to request any changes to addresses but typically this can be amended without a worry.

Please create a support ticket as 'Wrong Address Given' and we will do our best to fix this up for you to the email certifiedarmor@thecertifiedworld.com

(Please note - If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the carrier to organise a redirection)

Do international orders incur customs and duties taxes upon checkout?

We cover the cost of all taxes and duties in Australia, New Zealand, The UK and USA. Shipping to the rest of the world may incur taxes and duties at their local destination, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Should you opt not to cover any additional fees, your package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund equivalent to the cost of your order, excluding any extra shipping charges imposed by the carrier.
