Re-Stocking and Clothing Lines: What's here and what's not
Here at Certified World Armor, we regularly introduce new styles every 3-4 weeks, and once they're gone, we don't restock the upper end lines.
To stay in the loop of our latest releases, be sure to follow us on Instagram @thecertifiedworld and on Facebook at The Certified World. These styles are available for purchase on our website. They tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend being prepared online when they drop.
If you want to make sure you never miss out, visit our website and make sure to sign up for an SMS and email reminder on the bottom of our web store.
I haven't received my order confirmation
Kindly review your junk/spam folder to ensure that your order confirmation hasn't mistakenly landed there. If you're still unable to find it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us to confirm that your order has been successfully processed.
I've missed out on a high demand item!

Sadly this can happen - With high demand products comes an even higher traffic rate of visitors on the web store. Sadly what can happen from time to time is the item may have 10 pieces available and 15 visitors checking out at one time. Meaning some customers may miss out during that high frequency purchase period.
Our platform (Shopify, one of the worlds largest eCom platforms) still allows this purchase to go through when loading customer carts all at the same time. What then happens is when the orders are packed, the extra 5 purchases are place on back order.
We do endeavour to get back to any customer this may happen to within 24-72hrs. When and if this does occur the customer will receive a complete and full refund of the purchase and shipping amount.
I've received the wrong item, what do I do?
We are so sorry to hear this - let's get this resolved as quickly as possible.
You can reach out to our friendly Customer Care Team a number of ways, the easiest and fastest way to resolve this for you is DM us on Instagram @thecertifiedworld with the parcel number or email certifiedarmor@thecertifiedworld.com, the receipt and a picture of what you have received. Please ensure you have your order number, email address, image of the incorrect item and preferred outcome on hand ready to help us provide you with a quick resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any order changes or amendments once it is confirmed as our warehouse processes your orders extremely fast.
Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with a store credit.
